die Angst - Acrophobia

This is a series about fear. I took portraits of people on transparencies with a 4x5 studio view camera in the studio, then took it out (into the cold) and created double exposures of whatever I wanted the person to be afraid of onto the portrait.
In this case it's Acrophobia, fear of heights. I photographed the heights from a hotel meeting room on the 17th floor.
